The editorial of this issue of the monthly magazine examines examples of the process of compiling and designing this document and the approaches considered in this field. Finally, the current and future scientific situation of the country is such that the existence of a governing and extra-organizational system similar to the structure of the Supreme National Security Council under the title of “Supreme Council for the Advancement of Science” can guarantee continuity, leap and change of scientific balance in the world in Iran’s favor.
